We did run into a few issues during our initial service call, but what truly impressed me was how Beau and his team handled it afterward. They came out twice to fully resolve everything and make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. True customer service shows when things don’t go as planned, and Beau and his team absolutely exceeded expectations with how they remedied the situation. We are more than satisfied with the outcome. Paul, Dylan, and Beau were all great to work with and did an awesome job from start to finish. Can’t tell you enough how Happy I am with UNSTOPPERS. Great service and extremely fair pricing. Paul who was our plumber was timely and explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Frank came out this morning and fixed our issue. It really shows when a business is honest. We had a company come out and quote us 1500.00 to repair the gentleman barely looked at anything I didn’t have a good feeling so I stopper came out the following morning found the problem and fixed it with no issues and nothing drastic, the price was less than what the other company charged for an assessment. This is the 3rd time over the years I’ve called unstopper and each time they were extremely efficient, the problem fixed and more than fair pricing.
